Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We ask that you include photos of what you received if there’s any damage, ideally showing the original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right. If possible, include clear photos of any damaged items and their packaging.

Returns

You may return your order for a refund (original shipping costs are not refunded), or you may request an exchange. Please note customers are responsible for return labels. 

Bandannas: can be returned or exchanged. For exchanges, customers are responsible for the return label, and we will cover the costs of shipping the new item back to you.
Toys and other non-sale items: can be returned for a refund (excluding original shipping). Customers are responsible for the return label.
Shampoo and paw scrubs: do not need to be returned. If there is an issue with these items, we can offer a refund (excluding original shipping) with photo proof of damage upon arrival — please include the original packaging in the photo.

Non-Returnable/Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or give refunds for:

- Sale items
- Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded immediately. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
